Our search has ended. We looked over mountain and valley for several years to find a blanket that would reflect the standards of craftsmanship we wanted to offer our customers.

We wanted an exceptional but reasonably priced blanket that would be suitable for use on the ranch or dressy enough to show a little flash when you go down the fence or cut a cow in the arena. We found them.

Our blankets are soft and easy on a horse's back. The edges are rolled and turned leaving nothing to rub. Natural fibers wick the moisture away allowing air circulation for "breathability". To clean, simply hose off with cool water and allow to air dry.

These fine blankets are woven of U.S. natural fibers with fifty percent mohair (from the American Mohair Council)and fifty percent wool. Besides being beautiful, they have a "feel" that makes you want to stand around the shop and stroke them.

Call for a current color and size inventory. The blankets are made with a primary color, a secondary color and a highlight color. Sizes vary due to hand weaving and saddle preference but typically start at 32 inches wide and go up from there.

The long numbers are for the portion draped across the withers and back while the shorter number is the length down the back. We have enlarged our selections to include 30, 32 and 34+ inches to meet the needs of our customers and their horses.

For any of you who remember the old "7 pound" blankets, the top of our line are heavier by several pounds and promise years of reliable service. We can pull smaller blankets to fit your needs, too. Call us with your dimensions and we'll do our best to fit your horse and saddle.

The colors shown on the blanket pages are samples only. They are not always in stock, but we have a large selection of color combinations (many more than shown) in stock. Call for current inventory to make your selection.

Also available are wool and mohair rugs, wall hangings, mats and runners vary by size and pattern and quality. From traditional patterns made famous by the Navajos to more modern pieces, these weavings are tough but beautiful.

Our California Classic table runners vary in width and length. Each is a unique weaving in American wool and Texas mohair with fringed ends. They will help to protect your table from hot dishes. Call for the special colors and patterns that will set off your dinner table, mantle or parson's table.
