They both are educational and feature historic information as well. La Jaquima is particularly helpful for those learning to or trying to remember how to tie the mecate for the hackamore. There are several ways to tie the mecates, but this is a simple way with instructions and step by step pictures to follow along. Framed, they make a nice addition to a western room or saddle shed.
